As Nollywood continues to soar higher, Nigerian filmmakers
are becoming more daring and courageous by their crafts. The latest film by
Kunle Afolayan, October 1 sure promises a rewarding and inspiriting timeout to all movie
buffs. I have seen this great film, and I strongly recommend it to all lovers
of good film!
October 1 is a psychological thriller, set against the
backdrop of Nigeria’s independence in 1960.
